Prenatal Yoga

I am a mum and a fully certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. 


Throughout my pregnancy, Yoga helped me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, moving and breathing consciously, and most importantly, creating a moment of the day to nourish and connect with myself and my baby.


Prenatal Yoga Classes are great if you are pregnant, and wish to continue or to start a Yoga practice, in a safe environment with a fully certified Yoga Teacher. It is also a great way to build a sense of community, practicing with other mummies to be. 

Yin Yoga

"Our goal in life is not to become perfect: our goal is to become whole"


I like to consider Yin Yoga as the other part of Yang Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) where we create energy in the body, move, strengthen. Yin is the other part. Yin is surrendering. 

In Yin Yoga we rest in the poses between 3-5 minutes, using as many props as possible to stay comfortable. It is a perfect practice to do anytime you feel drained, after practicing any physical activity, or simply if you want to relax.
